This post is part of With Tilda by My Side – a series where members of the Tilda community share how they use Tilda in their everyday work with learning, change, and behaviour.
“Tilda doesn’t just save me time — she makes me better.”
That’s how learning designer, behavioural scientist and change leader Sara Bengtsson puts it.
Can you share a project where Tilda made a difference?
Do I really have to choose just one project? For me, Tilda makes a real difference in every single one. Thanks to her structure, the questions she asks, and the options she offers to improve things, you start off with high quality. That makes a difference throughout the entire project.
What kind of value has Tilda brought to you?
Honestly, working with her is just plain fun. Tilda invites broader thinking, helps me go deeper, and challenges me throughout - briefing, concept, and design.
Sure, she saves me a huge amount of time, but even more importantly, she makes me better at what I do. That personal growth is probably what I value the most.
She also makes it easier to involve others in the process, like subject matter experts. They don’t need to be experts in the pedagogical side of the work, because Tilda helps them contribute meaningfully anyway.
Any tips for others working with Tilda?
Use part of the time you save to really get to know Tilda, what she can do and how she can support you. Be curious. Ask questions. Be picky. Challenge her. Let your curiosity lead the way, and see what you can create together.
What would you miss the most if you no longer had Tilda?
Beyond everything I’ve already mentioned, it’s probably the ability to turn to her anytime I need. She’s always available when I hit a wall. When I get stuck in a thought or can’t quite figure something out, Tilda is usually the one who gets me moving again.
Anything else you’d like to say to people who haven’t tried Tilda yet?
Try it. Whether you’re deeply experienced in learning and transformation work or completely new to it. Tilda will give you the support you need and you’ll most likely have a great time doing it.
It’s probably no coincidence that one of our strongest intrinsic motivators, learning, gets exactly what it needs when working with Tilda.
